Berger Rewards is a loyalty program that lets you earn points for every eligible Berger Tong / Pail purchase. Scan the QR code on the product or enter the alphanumeric code to collect points.

No, Only few eligible retail products would have QR Code pasted on them which can used for earning points. Company reserves the right to add / remove products from the QR code eligibility list from time to time.
It would vary from product to product. The amount is clearly mentioned on the QR Code sticker pasted on pail as well as our marketing collaterals / promotion communications.
“Berger Rewards” was launched in August 2025 and would continue until further notice. Discontinuation / Withdrawal of the loyalty program would be communicated atleast 30 days prior to cessation.
Once you accumulate minimum 10 points, you can redeem them as cashback. (1 point = 1 SGD) Redemption will be done to your registered bank account only (Details entered during your first time sign-up).
You can accumulate up to 100 points. Beyond that, you must redeem some points before collecting more.
Yes. Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
No problem! You can enter the alphanumeric code manually (printed beside the QR) on WhatsApp chatbot; If QR code was already scratched / redeemed – Kindly approach the seller (Retailer); Also ensure that QR code is non scratched while purchasing tong at first place.
Redemptions are processed on the same working day. In case of technical issues, please allow up to 3 working days.
No. Points can only be redeemed as cashback, not for direct product purchases.
No. Once redeemed, points cannot be converted back or reused.

Berger Rewards – Terms & Conditions
(Effective from 1st August 2025; Subject to Singapore Laws)
1. Eligibility
The program is open to individuals aged 18+ residing in Singapore who purchase eligible Berger products from any authorized retailer in Singapore or our factory outlet at 22, Benoi Sector, 629854
2. Earning Points
Points are awarded for each valid QR/alphanumeric code scanned; Each code can only be used once. Duplicate entries are void. Only certain eligible products would earn points through the program.
3. Redemption Policy
- Minimum redemption: 10 points (1 point = 1 SGD); Maximum accumulation: 100 points. Beyond this, redemption is required before earning more. Once points are redeemed, they cannot be reversed or converted back.
- Cashback is a discretionary reward and not a rebate, commission, salary, wage, or any form of financial service. It does not constitute regulated payment services under the Payment Services Act 2019 (Singapore).”
4. Expiry Clause
Points expire 12 months from the date of earning. Expired points are not recoverable.
5. Damaged Codes
If QR code is unreadable / damaged, enter the alphanumeric code printed beside it; It is the responsibility of painter to ensure that while purchasing the pail (Tong) from retailer, the QR code is not damaged & scratch cover is intact
6. Processing & Glitches
Standard redemption processing time is same-day. In case of system downtime or delays, allow up to 3 working days for cashback to reflect.
7. Bank Account Disclaimer
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the bank account details submitted. Berger Paints Singapore shall not be liable for failed payments due to incorrect information. Kindly update records through WhatsApp link for any changes required in personal bank account number
8. Restrictions
Points cannot be used for direct product purchases or transferred to other users.
9. Data Privacy
All personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
10. Right to Modify
Berger Paints Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program, cashback rate, redemption rules at any time at its discretion, with prior notice where possible through WhatsApp, email or website atleast 30 days before the changes take effect. Berger is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such changes
11. Fraud, Abuse & Suspicious Activity
Any suspected fraud, abuse, multiple registrations, tampering, false claims (e.g. duplicate QR codes), or automated entries may result in forfeiture of points or cashback, account suspension, and legal action. Berger may cancel redemptions or reverse credits at its sole discretion. Berger reserves the right to refuse redemption or cashback requests that are incomplete, unverifiable, or appear fraudulent, in its sole and final discretion. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Berger Paints Singapore and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to misuse of the Program, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
12. Non-assignability & Non-transferability
Points, and cashback are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, pledged, or exchanged. This prohibits third-party redemption or gifting of unredeemed points.
13. Disputes & Record Finality
Berger’s database records of point accrual and redemption are conclusive and binding. Customers must raise any disputes in writing within 60 days of earning/redeeming points. Disputes raised later may not be entertained.
14. Force Majeure / System Failures
Berger is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control (e.g., system outages, internet or telecommunication disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party failures).
15. Limitation of Liability
Except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, Berger’s liability is limited to the value of points redeemed (i.e., SGD equivalent). Berger is not responsible for any indirect loss, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, or punitive damages.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute must be brought before the courts of Singapore.
17. Privacy & Data Use
Users consent to Berger collecting, retaining, using, and disclosing their registration data and QR scan information for purposes of administering the program, anti-fraud enforcement, direct marketing through WhatsApp chat, SMS or email (With the option to opt out) and regulatory compliance. Data may be shared with third-party service providers under strict confidentiality agreements in accordance with the PDPA.
18. Tax Obligations
Any tax, levy or duties arising from or on cashback credited to bank accounts are the responsibility of the user earning & redeeming the points from time to time. They may check IRAS website on personal income tax for latest regulations & updates
19. Right to Terminate
Berger may suspend or terminate a user’s account at any time without prior notice if there is any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or system misuse.
20. Non-Waiver
Berger’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
