A High build acrylic exterior emulsion 2 in 1 coating with RIT* and Colourstay technology. It is designed to function as both a sealer and topcoat, reducing traditional three coat system to two coat system. Formulated with heat reflective pigments and reinforced with anti-fungal agents. It has solar reflective property which helps in keeping interior cool and saving energy.
DESIGN USE: As a Sealer and Topcoat finish for exterior masonry substrates/drywall.*– Reflection and refraction of light, Insulating properties and Thermal emissivity of surface # Heat reflecting is dependent on the colours; light colours give higher reflection compared to darker colour.
